Landlords and Commercial safety Certificates
If the property is supplied with gas, a landlord has the responsibility to ensure the gas appliances are safe and checked by a qualified GasSafe registered engineer.
The gas engineer is to issue a gas safety certificate confirming the appliances have been tested and are safe to use. A copy of said certificate is to be given to the tenant.
The landlord thereafter has the responsibility to have an annual gas safety check with a new certificate issued after each annual visit.
We provide domestic gas safety certificates to Landlords. Our qualified, and trained engineers will carry out inspections in your property and issue certification in as little as 24 hours. The price for a Landlord safety certificate start at a set price of £65 for two appliances & £10 for each additional appliance with discounts for landlords booking more than three properties at a time

Powerflushing
What is a Powerflush?
Powerflushing is purely and simply a way of removing the rust that slowly builds up in your heating system and boiler over time. Water, chemicals, powerflush equipment and an experienced Heating engineer are used to remove the rust and sludge from your central heating. The flow of the machine is reversed from time to time using special three-way valves attached to the flushing pump. This is an extra step to help clean the pipes and radiators to remove cold spots.
Benefits of a Power Flush
-
Quicker heat up
-
Quieter system
-
Savings of £100’s per year on bills
-
Rust & lime scale protection
-
No more cold spots on radiators
-
Fewer boiler warranty problems
-
Extending life of your system by 10 yrs!
What does it look like?
The picture to the right is a simple test I done using two jars of water and two nails. In the jar to the right I added some of the chemical I use to keep a heating system clean
& in the jar to the left just tap water. After just one week
of the nail being in the untreated water there has been a
big build up of rust, this is what happens to your central
heating system after yeas of use without flushing or treating.
It becomes thicker than water & takes more energy
(Gas/Electric) to heat up. In some cases the rust solidifies
in the system & blocks it up this is why we get cold spots.
If this builds up in the heat exchange of a boiler the
manufacture will not cover it under the warrantee &
repairs can be very costly.
